We were supposed to go fishing at Spot Cocoa today but at 5am, we called it off and decided on a much later timing and a different spot.
As I was on my way to pick up Nigel, he called me and asked if I wanted to attend the grand opening of TCE Tackles.
The shop is actually in an industrial building, so parking there is free and easy. You can park directly in front of the shop or behind in a narrow lane.
Despite being on the second floor, the shop is on the same floor as the ground level parking.
We followed the banners.
The shop.
I have had limited success with StrikePro lures but based on Catch Reports on fishingkaki.com, I guess it’s just me.
Aji King?!
Huge selection of lures but limited in brand diversity.
Lots of Lemax rods (among others).
Free gift counter. Similar items but assorted designs. Unless you are a VIP.
Free makan after shopping.
The food was surprisingly tasty, despite being cold. I suppose TCE has psychologists who want to introduce positive reinforcement.
Nigel holding up the free poster (door gift).
My “purchase gift”. Initially I thought that I was missing a free “inflatable towel” while Nigel was missing a free pen.
We later found out that I had the towel as well.
Pour water and the towel growwwwwwssss!
Instructions. erm… how do I rotate already uploaded images… Just tilt your head.. lol
